Pets do NOT need to be spayed/neutered in order to stay with us! Each group is still provided with ample playtime, attention, and enrichment throughout the day. In some cases, an intact pet may need to remain in a kennel while indoors to prevent any unintended interactions in shared spaces. Yes, our cancellation policies vary by service: Grooming: We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a $25 no-show fee. Boarding: During peak holiday periods, a deposit is required to secure your reservation. This deposit will be applied toward your stay but is non-refundable if the reservation is not canceled at least one week prior to the scheduled drop-off date. Daycare: We do not currently require cancellations for daycare reservations; however, we encourage advance notice whenever possible.

Yes, we are able to administer medications as part of your pet’s care. Your pet’s safety and well-being are extremely important to us. In the event of an injury, our team acts promptly and communicates with you as quickly as possible. When setting up your pet’s profile, you may designate a preferred veterinarian. We will make every effort to transport your pet to your selected veterinary provider during their regular business hours. If your preferred veterinarian is unavailable, we will seek care from the Mississippi State University College of Veterinary Medicine Emergency Department, a trusted 24-hour emergency facility. All injuries, regardless of severity, are promptly reported to the pet owner, and we remain in communication throughout your pet’s care.

Before any dawg is allowed to participate in our program, you must schedule your first day with us so we can conduct a temperament evaluation. All daycare dawgs must be dropped off between 7 am-9 am.
